The Audience research tool provides customer profiles. These are outlines of fictional people. It represents a typical customer. Many entrepreneurs use these to help build their businesses. It is much easier to create a product with someone in mind.
For myself, I never used them until recently. Getting a good sample customer profile was an expensive task. Ai has changed all that.
That’s the reason behind building this tool. So now you can better understand who your customer, readers, or follower might be. 
Understanding who you are creating for gives you an advantage. You can now design products or content tailored to them.
